Leave a field blank while preparing the record. Write `Unknown` for an unresolved fact and `Not measured` for a check you have not run.

Missing rate or usage stays unavailable. Record any limit on the receipt's provenance.

Record a provider's published replacement separately from the choice your reviewers approve. A recommendation in a notice does not show that the replacement passed your acceptance checks. Choose a review date yourself. The file creates no reminder.
