## Changes, delivery, and access

Radar records supported model and catalog releases, published pricing and lifecycle notices, benchmark and research updates, API and product changes, and supported public incidents. Each confirmed event keeps its original source.

## Agent access

The Streamable HTTP MCP server provides these stable read-only tools: `list_changes`, `get_change`, `get_deprecations`, and `check_model`. Lifecycle fields remain `null` when structured source evidence cannot support an answer. Radar does not guess.

## Trust boundary

- Radar observes supported public sources; it has no private provider access.
- Lifecycle dates, replacements, and countdowns stay empty until structured evidence supports them.
- Signed webhooks deliver selected alerts; the Pro API and MCP expose the complete enabled event stream.
- Decision workflows review evidence and record customer state; Radar never edits code, changes traffic, or confirms remediation.
- Public health covers Radar-owned collection, queue, API, and email systems, not customer endpoint failures.

Free needs no card and includes up to five declared models with an optional morning Brief. Eligible new customers can receive a 7-day Pro trial with a card. Radar confirms eligibility, renewal price, and first charge date before checkout.
