This release contains 59 confirmed model changes: 40 releases and 19 dated retirements across 10 providers. Each row carries provider evidence and the API model ID the public changelog depends on.
The first release fails closed
It publishes confirmed model releases and dated retirements only. Pricing moves, breaking API changes, and undated notices stay out until their evidence contracts exist. observedAt is deliberately null in v1, so no one can mistake an effective date for a detection timestamp.
