Terms of use

Reference

The terms that apply when using BenchLM rankings, tools, research, downloads, embeds, and paid Radar subscriptions.

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Agreement

These terms apply between you and the operator of BenchLM. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

Informational service

BenchLM publishes public benchmark, pricing, runtime, and editorial information for research and model selection. It is not professional, legal, financial, security, or procurement advice. Verify important decisions against original sources and your own evaluations.

Data limitations

Benchmarks can be incomplete, revised, contaminated, or unsuitable for a particular workload. Pricing and availability can change. BenchLM may correct, re-rank, add, or remove data as evidence changes and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Permitted use

You may read, link to, quote with attribution, and use published downloads under any license stated with that data. You may not disrupt the service, evade technical limits, misrepresent BenchLM results, remove attribution from an embed, or use automated access in a way that materially degrades availability.

Third parties and affiliates

External products, providers, and affiliate destinations are controlled by third parties. BenchLM is not responsible for their services or terms. Commercial relationships do not determine benchmark scores or rankings; see the affiliate disclosure.

Radar subscriptions and cancellation

Paid BenchLM Radar plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically at the monthly or annual cadence shown at checkout until canceled. You can cancel at any time from Radar's Billing page or Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period unless the law requires otherwise.

Refund policy

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable and BenchLM does not automatically provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time after cancellation. BenchLM will review requests involving duplicate charges, billing errors, or other circumstances where a refund is legally required. You can request review through the support chat in Radar or the contact method below.

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. Canceling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions; a refund does not necessarily cancel future renewals unless BenchLM confirms the cancellation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BenchLM is provided “as is” without warranties, and its operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Governing terms and contact

Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. Questions may be sent through the contact BenchLM on X.
