Voice pricing worksheet
ElevenLabs Pricing and Cost Calculator
ElevenLabs monthly plans run from Free with 10,000 credits to Business at $990 with 6 million credits. For API TTS, Starter includes 120,000 Flash or Turbo characters and 60,000 Multilingual v2 or v3 characters. Enter monthly characters and peak concurrency below to find the smallest paid plan that covers both.
Plan price is only half the decision. A voice app can fit comfortably inside its monthly credit quota and still hit a concurrency wall at its busiest minute — and that wall is a plan limit, not something a top-up fixes. So the worksheet checks both columns for the API model you pick, and won't assign a low-volume live agent to a plan that chokes on its peak request count.
One honest limit up front: this is a cost model built from ElevenLabs' published tables, not a voice-quality or latency test. For the product decision, pair it with the TTS API comparison and the voice-agent model guide.

The calculator checks your input characters against the monthly included-character table on ElevenAPI (ElevenLabs' own name for its API pricing page), then confirms the matching model family's concurrency. It does not price speech-to-text, dubbing, music, sound effects, taxes, annual discounts, or PAYG top-ups — and note that PAYG raises your character budget, never your concurrency.

Monthly list prices and credits come from the general pricing page; included characters come from the ElevenAPI monthly table. Creator is normally $22 — the advertised $11 only covers the first month. Enterprise is custom. Annual billing charges ten months for the year, so two months are free if you can commit that far ahead.
What the headline plan price leaves out
Credits are shared. TTS, speech-to-text, music, dubbing, and other products draw from the same monthly pool. A 121,000-credit Creator plan does not reserve those credits for speech generation. ElevenAPI separately publishes the characters included by plan and model; the calculator uses that table instead of deriving API capacity from one fixed credit conversion.
The model changes the bill. ElevenAPI currently lists Flash and Turbo at $0.05 per 1,000 characters and Multilingual v2 and v3 at $0.10. Read thecharacter-cost response header and the Developers analytics view when you reconcile production usage.
Rollover is conditional. Active paid plans can roll unused credits forward for up to two months, capped at twice the monthly quota in rollover. Free credits do not roll over, and downgrading or cancelling forfeits unused paid credits when the change takes effect.
ElevenLabs pricing FAQ
How much does ElevenLabs cost per month?
Monthly list prices are Free $0, Starter $6, Creator $22, Pro $99, Scale $299, and Business $990. Enterprise pricing is custom. ElevenLabs currently advertises Creator at $11 for the first month, so use the regular $22 price when modeling an ongoing workload.
How many API text-to-speech characters does each plan include?
ElevenLabs publishes separate API character entitlements by model family. Starter includes 120,000 Flash or Turbo characters and 60,000 Multilingual v2 or v3 characters; Business includes 19.8 million and 9.9 million respectively. Credits remain shared across products, so other usage can still change the account balance.
Which ElevenLabs plan allows commercial use?
Starter and every higher paid plan include commercial rights for generated content, subject to the terms and your rights to the input material. Free-plan output is limited to non-commercial use with attribution. Check the current terms before publishing licensed or customer-facing audio.
What happens when the monthly credits run out?
New self-serve subscriptions can buy prepaid PAYG credits, which are used after the monthly quota and remain valid for 12 months. PAYG does not raise a plan's voice slots or concurrency limits. Legacy overage billing and Enterprise contracts follow different rules.
